We want you and your little ones to love your Cabbage Patch Kids apparel. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns on all unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items in their original packaging.

  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized shipping location; please ensure the package is scanned to track your return progress.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
